When our firm was established in 1996,  Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm is a Saudi Arabian Professional Partnership founded by Yousef Al-Jadaan and Mohammed Al-Jadaan. Having established ourselves as one of the largest and most respected law firms in Saudi Arabia, we embarked on a strategic focus in our offerings specializing in Strategic Advice as well as Litigation & Dispute Resolution.

Finally, following the Royal Orders issued by The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud on Thursday 9 Rabi’ul Akhir 1436 AH, corresponding to 29 January 2015, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jadaan was appointed the Chairman of the Capital Markets Authority of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and minister of Finance November 2016. In keeping with the rules associated with this position, Mr. Mohammed Al-Jadaan resigned from the partnership effective Friday 30 January 2015.
