Yousef Al-Jadaan​

Yousef Al-Jadaan is a highly regarded litigator, with extensive experience of representing clients before a number of key courts and judicial committees in Saudi Arabia. Yousef currently focuses on private client work but uses his considerable experience in advising on complex litigations, arbitration and on mediation.

Abdullah Al-Hashim​

Abdullah Al-Hashim is the Managing Partner and Head of the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice at Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm. In his previous role as the Head of the Corporate & Equity Capital Markets practice, Abdullah advised on many pioneering and complex corporate, equity capital markets and real estate transactions in Saudi Arabia and is currently advising major international and Saudi Arabian corporates and financial institutions on various litigation matters including shareholder disputes, construction disputes, land ownership issues and competition claims.

Naif Alharbi ​​

Partner

Nayef Al-Harbi has experience in providing legal services related to litigation and defense before courts and judicial committees, in addition to his experience in drafting contracts and providing Sharia and legal advice to local and international clients.

Career:​​

Nayef previously worked as a consultant in the office of Muhammad Abdullah Al-Aqla and in the office of Dr. Turki Al-Tayyar, then he joined Al-Jadaan & Partners Law Firm in 2012 and became a partner of the company in 2022.
